Looking to gain a six-pack? All you have to do is hurl your abdomen towards your knees. Form doesn’t matter. The 36-second mark is where you’ll start to really activate those glutes. No weights? No problem. Simply use your quarantine partner. If you don’t have one of those, buckets will do just fine. Remember…breathe.
